KARJASE LAAGER was crafted with our Põhjala tehas family, Karjase Sai, using the magnificent leftover sourdough from their bakery.
Come agrain? Yes, we took 1 part bread and 9 parts rye and barley malts, added some hot water, some bright and fruity German hops and some yeast too, of course!
The result is a loaf-changing experience: clean-bodied, aromatic, and so crisp it's ready to crumble. Finishing at 4,7% abv and on a powerful bitter note, as all good lagers should (except for the ones that shouldn't).
Bready, set, go!
